Inventive Principles, IFR and Solutions
Apply the principle to your problem, write the Ideal Final Result, track the solution ideas.
Each inventive principle from the matrix is explained with an application suggestion specific to this problem; you choose which ones to add to the study. The Ideal Final Result (IFR) sets an ideality reference with the question 'how would this function happen by itself, at no extra cost?'. Concrete ideas arising from the principles are tracked through the statuses Idea → Selected → Implemented.
What you gain with TRIZ studio
- Principle suggestions are never applied automatically; only the ones you select are added to the study.
- Solution ideas go into the report together with their principle.
How it works
Select the principle, define the ideal, track the idea.
-
1
Select the principles
The principles from the matrix are interpreted for your problem; add the ones that fit to the study.
-
2
Write the Ideal Final Result
Write the IFR statement and the constraints to remove; you can also get a draft from grupas.ai.
-
3
Track the solution ideas
Record each idea with its principle and update its status from Idea to Implemented.
Screens are shown with a sample problem; the application interface is in Turkish.
Purpose
To turn an abstract principle into a concrete idea the team can implement, and to follow that idea through.
Features

- Problem-specific application suggestions; review them and add the ones you choose
- Ideal Final Result: the IFR statement, the constraints to remove and first-step suggestions — editable by hand
- Solution ideas: recorded against the related principle with an Idea / Selected / Implemented status
- Create a solution idea based on a principle in one click from its card
Benefits
